-What color themes you would like to be added. (example: "I want the colors purple and black with silver" "I want a bee colored theme like black, yellow, and white with silver or gold features".
-What you don't want included on your case. (example: "I don't want any crosses or characters" "I don't want words or lettering featured."
-Do you want a character themed case. (example: "I want a hello kitty themed case" "I want a car themed case with this car included 'a 2022 bmw m340i'" "I want a kuromi themed case")
-Do you want to add a name in rhinestone letters or in beads. (example: "I want the name Amirah in silver/gold rhinestone letters" "I want the name Claude in black and white beads"
-If you want to add a photo (celebrities, yourself, etc except any inappropriate photos) make sure you select the add a photo option and email bossbabeessentialsstore@gmail.com with your order number.
-Please make sure you select correct sizes for your device as we are not at fault if sizes were incorrect. No cases are refundable unless damaged (with proof) as they are all custom and take 2+ hours to make.

All items are non-refundable unless notified within 24-36 hours after receiving order. If the items came broken or damaged in the shipping process then I will need photographic evidence of the damaged product to receive a full refund on only the damaged items.

Care Instructions
Beaded Bracelets are handmade but durable and stretchy with clear elastic that won't shred. It isn't recommended to wear any items in water but shouldn't get damaged or messed up easily either way.

Return Policy
Items are non-returnable except if they arrive damaged or broken. If so you have 24 hours after items were delivered to send a picture or video of the said damaged item(s) to bossbabeessentialsstore@gmail.com or @_bossbabeessentials_ instagram to receive a full refund for the damaged item(s) only or a replacement.
